Programs created or funded by broadcast networks, cable networks or studios are ineligible to compete in the Festival Competition but may be submitted to the ITVFest for consideration as a special screening.
- The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, as well as entrants from 16 to 17 years old whose entries are accompanied by written parental consent to the terms of these Official Entry Rules.
- Programs for the Festival Competition must not have been publicly broadcast on television or funded by a network or studio.
- Each entry (excluding its preview trailer) must be of the following length, as applicable: (i) between 18-22 minutes in length for a half-hour non-animated program, (ii) between 40-44 minutes in length for an hour-long non-animated program, (iii) consisting of at least 3 webisodes of any length for any webseries entrant with a total, full series runtime of no less than 15 minutes (i.e. 5 webisodes at least 3 minutes each or 10 webisodes at least 1.5 minutes each) (iv) consisting of at least 3 mobisodes for any MobiFest entrant with a total, full series runtime of no more than 15 minutes (i.e. 5 mobisodes no more than 3 minutes each or 10 mobisodes no more than 1.5 minutes each) (v) we can also accept animated programs between 8-22 minutes in length.
- Foreign language programs must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English.
- Submissions must be received by May 17, 2010.
- Entries must be submitted on DVD; International submissions must be submitted on DVD formatted for multi-zone or Zone 1 (North America).
- 3 copies of the Pilot Program with label of Producer, Director and/or production company and contact information on an autoplay DVD if possible.
- 1 copy of a one-minute program trailer on a SEPARATE DVD.
- Two color promotional photos.
- Signed Entry Application.
- Signed Licensing Agreement.
- Entry Fee.
